Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • unworn or unused

  • with tags

  • in its original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at office@mc2empire.nyc
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • a return shipping label, and

  • instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at office@mc2empire.nyc if:

  • your item is defective,

  • damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item,

so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)

  • personal care goods (e.g. some beauty or hygiene products)

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re not sure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before purchasing or returning.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • sale items

  • gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the item you have, and

  2. Once your return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at office@mc2empire.nyc.
